By providing a free initial assessment or site visit we are able to discuss your needs and advise of any planning issues to ensure that your planning application has every chance of been granted when submitted to the local planning authority.
We will also be able to advise you of any potential risks and costs involved with obtaining the required planning permission.
As well as submitting the planning application on you behalf we will also closely liase with the local planning authority and other relevant organisations such as the Environment Agency and utility companies prior to and during the submission.
Where necessary we will submit a Pre-Planning Application on your behalf to the local planning authority to obtain feedback on the feasibility of the scheme where we know significant resistance could be faced.
